Property information

Welcome to our brand new apartments located in one of the newest and most exclusive developments in the city center. This bright flat was fully decorated in 2022 with high standard materials and has all possible amenities available for a perfect stay. Guests can enjoy city views from our large balcony and even the sunset. There is a supermarket in the building at the ground floor. The bed linen and towels are washed and ironed by a specialized company. The property is sanitized after every stay. You have paid parking available in the complex, underground and on the ground. In case your dates aren't available or you have a larger group we have more apartments in the same building or area. All my returning guests can contact me before making a reservation to get a discount. Please note that there are more apartment in the same building with diferent layouts and views. You can choose your apartment type before you book by selecting the accommodation type. You can view the pictures of each apartment individually below main gallery and availability section. Same-day bookings: Please message before booking to confirm check-in. Standard is 3 PM, but may be up to 5 PM. I'll confirm the time.
