The apartment has modern finishings and is fully equipped for short & longer stays It has a gorgeous view over the entire city , from the eight floor of the block. The parking spot is very safe, at the main boulevard and free of charge / public place. For late & very late check in there is an extracharge . The charge is applied depending of arrival time and other aspects, communicated via whatsup or phone call .

the neighbourhood is very safe and centrally located. Very near floreasca hospital and dinamo stadium. Also very close to Infosan and Oculus hospital, Grigore Alecsandrescu and metro station stefan cel mare. On the same street with Regina Maria hospital
