Proprietatea pune la dispozitie centrala autonoma la incalzire in functie de preferintele turistilor. de asemenea se ofera un mini bar si accesorii de bucatarie pentru pregatirea mesei (espressor cafea, toaster, plita electrica, fierbator apa, frigider, vesele, tacamuri ) SARAH HAUSE ofera turistilor baie dotata cu dus, uscator de par, halate de baie, papuci de casa, produse de igiena de cea mai buna calitate. Spatiul dispune de o terasa generoasa si pune la dispozitie gratuit articole pentru practicarea sporturilor de sezon (biciclete , patine , skiuri).
