The 4 apartment complex is located on the most beautiful pedestrian street in Oradea in a house built in 1910, adjacent to the only Art Nouveau museum in Romania, Darvas Roche House. The area is dotted with restaurants, terraces, cafes, parks and shops of all kinds. All the tourist attractions of Oradea are 2-5 minutes away on foot, and you can reach Aquapark Nimphea by walking in 15 minutes on the banks of the Cris. The apartments are composed of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, fully furnished and equipped.
