We want you to feel comfortable with us. Here in the Pension 1 Mai, in our thermal spa resort Baile 1 Mai, which is well-known throughout Europe and therefore very popular, you will find the appropriate and numerous therapies that can be carried out here in our thermal spa town in order to be able to spend a relaxing holiday. In both thermal resorts, either Băile 1 Mai or Băile Felix (only 3 km from our pension) you will find everything you need for relaxation or for a pleasant vacation. We warmly welcome you.

Property information

The pension is located in the thermal resort of Baile 1 Mai, near the city center and in the immediate vicinity of the thermal resort of Baile Felix. This year ( 19.08.2023 ) the completely renovated thermal Aquapark Venus will reopen . This large thermal bath/aqua park is located right next to our location . There are swimming pools, aqua parks, grocery stores, pharmacies and souvenir shops, etc. in the immediate vicinity. Enjoy the comfort of an upscale hotel that we want to offer you as a guest with great passion. Whether for business travelers or families, we are the ideal place to unwind after a long day of business, or simply to relax and enjoy a well-deserved vacation in our location Pensiunea 1 Mai. Our restaurant, which is right next to our pension, offers you delicious menus and chilled drinks of all kinds. The wave pool or the Thermal Perla bathing center are about 450 meters away. Pension 1 Mai currently has 7 rooms and 2 apartments for accommodation, as well as a modern and spacious breakfast room in a pleasant setting. All rooms and apartments are furnished with air conditioning, thermopan, TV, fridge, toilet/showers and offices and according to hotel standards. We are looking forward to your visit

Neighbourhood information

The thermal resort of Baile 1 Mai is located 7 km from Oradea and 3 km from the thermal resort of Baile Felix. Both Băile 1 Mai and Băile Felix are in a completely newly renovated condition that was completely modernized at the end of 2022, with new roads, new sewerage, new internet / telephone lines, an upgraded infrastructure and lots of new parking lots. In Baile 1 Mai we have the thermal Wave pool and the thermal Perla pool, which is about 450 meters from our location. In addition, the thermal Venus swimming pool, which is located right next to our location, is currently being renovated, so new slides, pools and new spa areas will be waiting for you from 29.08.2023 !!!!. The parking spaces at our location can be used by our guests free of charge.
