Samplus Central Apartment is a newly built accommodation in a modern apartment block (part of Cassas Residence), completed in November 2023. The air-conditioned apartment offers a peaceful terrace with views of the inner courtyard. Guests can enjoy free WiFi and private parking. Please note, there are 7 parking spaces available in front of the building, shared between the residents and Samplus guests. Parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so we cannot guarantee availability. Additional street parking is available nearby, including on the sidewalk adjacent to the building. The rooms are equipped with a TV and the apartment features a modern Scandinavian design, fully outfitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
