The Central Park Residence consists of 15 apartments, all located in a newly developed building on Motilor Street, only 3 minutes away from the central park. All units have a free underground parking spot and a balcony. The size of the sofa bed in the living room is 140cm x 200cm (except for the one in the Superior Apartment, which can not be used for sleeping). VERY IMPORTANT! In order to access the underground parking, you will have to use a car lift. The car lift sizes are: height - 2.0m; width: 2.4m; depth (car length): 5.4m. The maximum load of the lift must not exceed 3000kg. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ANNOUNCEMENT FORM Please note that all accommodation structures in Romania have the obligation to ask the guests to fill in the ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ANNOUNCEMENT FORM. The form will be sent online and we kindly ask you to provide us clear information, as all the data in it is required by law. We reserve the right to check the accuracy of the details at check in. CHILDREN Thank you for considering our apartment for your stay! Please note that for safety reasons, our apartment is not suitable for children. We have heavy furniture such as dressers, bookshelves, and TVs that may not be wall-mounted, and outlets without covers that may pose a risk to young ones. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children to our apartment. OTHER We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (hand soap, toilet paper, one 12ml shower gel per person etc.). The products at your disposal are there to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. The Central Park can be reached by foot in only 3 minutes and Platinia Shopping Center, where you can find lots of shops and restaurants, is 4 minutes away by car. The old town, with its historical landmarks such as St. Michael's Church, The Art Museum or The History Museum, it's less than 10 minutes walking distance.
