The first buiding was build in 1893 and was used by an Hungarian Farmers Family until 1927 when it was sold to a Jewish Family from Oradea.
The site has been rebuild and extended to acomodate the new owners and their large family until 1945 when it has been taken by the Communist Party.
The history continues and the property was used as an communist party safe house and secondary headquarters for surveillance procedures, because of its great central location and easy and safe acces.
The fall of the Communist Party in 1989 has lead the property in private investors hands and was sold repeatedly until 2019 when it was converted into a lovely Guesthouse in the old historical city center.
In the summer of 2021 the convertion of the building is finished.
The property is located 100 m from the State Theater in the city center of Oradea and in a walking distance from all major turist attractions that the old city can offer.
The location is unique and in offers free parking for our guests.
