The apartment is located on the second floor in a 2 story villa that has stairs and an elevator. Clean and quiet building, private apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom, all to yourself. I have designed and equipped the apartment with amenities that I would have wanted to find in a place if I were a guest: a. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine and flavored tea bags are free to use. b. Drinking water dispenser in the living room is free to use also. (hot/cold/room temp water). c. 89Mbps Wi Fi private router. d. Wireless phone chargers are on the workspace desk in the Living Room and on each side of the bed in the Bedroom. e. Books, board games, some fitness gear and a piano in the bedroom. Also the TV has an HBO Max account. (It also has Netflix but with no account, you will need your own if you have it). f. There is an Air Conditioning unit mounted in the middle of the apartment. g. A free to use washing machine is located in the bathroom and you also have a small foldable clothing rack (in the bedroom) you can use, as well as an iron + ironing board. If you stay longer than a few days, you can always ask for a refill for coffee capsules, tea bags and water, but also toilet paper and other toiletries that run out absolutely free of charge. If you plan on staying in more than a week you can also request fresh bed linens, towels and blankets also with no additional cost. You can park your vehicle right outside the building. There is always a free spot somewhere near by on the sidewalk (which perfectly legal and free of charge). Please be sure the check in/check out times are suitable for you. Early check in can be provided BUT it depends on how much cleaning needs to be done after the previous guest leaves.

I am an engineer passionate about adventures in nature. I really like spending time outdoors, building anything using wood, kayaking with my family and children. During your stay, I will not be at the location, but I live close by so I can assist you in anything you may need pretty fast. I can personally be reached at any time on my phone via Wapp or voice call.

Using any maps app or just walking around the area, you will find at least a few different groceries and convenience stores. But you should know they close at night (some at 22:00, some at 21:00..) Piata Unirii is the center of Bucharest. Urban Zen Den is located behind the Patriarchy's Beautiful Cathedral Compound, in a condominium called Price Residence. right in the heart of the city. The property is managed independently by me (Catalin, your host and owner of the place). The exact location of this stay is somewhat peaceful and sort of secluded at times, even though it's only at a 5 minute walk from actual city center. The center of the city is filled with terraces, restaurants, shops, night clubs, banks, ATMs, groceries stores, local transportation stations and subway stations. I have provided the Ipad in the Living Room with some useful exploring and local travel apps. Anyway, the subway, little Uber scooters, Uber cars and the local transportation system are all ok to use. DON'T engage TAXIs from the street.
