The apartment is on the last floor of one of the biggest Vila in the neighborhood with individual access door and stairs. The view over the city Old Centrum and the Mountains it's awesome (from over 100 meters on top of the City level, the chambers are modernly equipped and each of them has his own personality. Each room has access to a fully-equipped kitchen and a shared restroom. History, comfort, and tranquility, only at 7 minutes walk from the bustle of the Old Town Center (Black Church, the Synagogue, Weavers’ Bastion), the cozy restaurants and terraces, the road to Poiana Brasov (ski resort) or Tampa Mountain. There is an easy access to the road linking Brasov to Rasnov, Bran etc.

The neighborhood is a very private all houses littles roads very quiet with a family type of relations between all the neighbors extremely clean with over 4 parking places only in front of the house richly lighted over the night. The view even from the base of the house from the entry in the yard it's panoramic over Brasov and the Tampa Mountain of Brasov. Continuing to the home-road up through the mountain by foot or with a 4WD you can reach the panoramic parking of the Poiana Brasov access road only after approx. 800 meters. Right at the base of the hill on which the house it's located there is a bus station with buses that come at each 5 minutes or less even a direct bus the 51 which in less than 20 minutes reach directly the railroad station passing also by the historical and civic center. Also, there is a taxi station in the same place. From the panoramics pictures taken from the windows of the house, the Plaza Unirii can be seen right at the base of the hill. Also the house it's in the heart of the old centrum of Brasov so no mandatory transportation needed to get there but only if trips to others secondary or not touristic locations are needed (like railroad station).
