Brzeće is a small tourist town, at an altitude of 1,193 m with a moderate climate, located at the foot of the eastern side of Mt. Kopaonik (2,017 m), 260 km south of Belgrade and 135 km east of Niš. The apartment is located on the third floor of the Sunčani Apartmani apartment complex. The building has an elevator. It is around 500 m far from the Bela Reka gondola and ski slope, which takes you to the top of Kopaonik and connects to the rest of the ski resort. Across the apartment complex is Junior Hotel, which has tennis and football courts, a ski slope for beginners, as well as a ski school and playground for children. Junior Hotel also provides various facilities for children, such as a playroom, kid’s entertainers, cinema, and billiard tables. Hotel Kopaonik and the Foka apartment complex are also located nearby. Foka offers a spa center and a nice restaurant. The Koliba restaurant, featuring local food, is also very close. The apartment is equipped for a maximum of 6 persons, although it is the most comfortable for four. It a has kitchen, two separate rooms and a bathroom. It has one double bed, one double sofabed and two single sofabeds. The table can be opened to seat up to 6 persons. There are 6 folding chairs in the apartment. The apartment has free WIFI, smart TV, a DVD player and a land line. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, stove, sink, fridge, toaster, coffee machine (Dolche Gusto) and kettle. Nearby is gondola Bela Reka that takes you to the top of the Kopaonik. Nearby are nice places to visit like Waterfall Jelovarnik - 6km and Metodje geyser .
