Welcome to our brand new studio which is a three-minute walk from the central square! We offer modern and stylish accommodation with a private parking place and free WiFi. The apartment has one living room (with comfortable sofa, flat TV with cable channels and a dining area), one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette (with a fridge, stove, coffee machine, and a kettle), and a bathroom (with a shower and a hairdryer). It's perfect for couples, couples with children, friends, business travellers and all others who want to discover exciting and buzzing City of Novi Pazar. Dobrodošli u naš potpuno novi apartman koji se nalazi na samo tri minuta hoda od centralnog trga. Nudimo moderan i lepo uređen smeštaj sa privatnim parkingom i besplatnim internetom. Apartman se sastoji od dnevne sobe (udobna sofa, kablovska televizija i prostor za ručavanje), spavaće sobe, potpuno opremljene čajne kuhinje (frižider, plotna, aparat za kafu i ketler) i kupatila (sa tušem i fenom). Savršen je za parove, parove sa decom, prijatelje, poslovne ljude i sve ostale koji žele da otkriju uzbudljivi i užurbani grad Novi Pazar.
Our guest house has a really great location. It is in the very center of the city, yet very quiet and secluded, concerning the fact that the house is situated in one of the safest (Police station is just opposite) and most charming areas in the city. The Sports Centre is only 100 meters away, for those of you who have a habit of running in the morning. It is very simple to find a way to the center (by car or on foot) because Isabega Isabegovića street is directly connected with two of several longest streets in the city. You won't be needing public transportation during your stay, but in case you needed a taxi, it could be at the address in not more than 2-3 minutes any time of the day. The nearest restaurant with traditional cuisine is only 50 metres away, and there are few bakeries and grocery shops just around the corner. Also, if you need other services, there are three hair salons and a cosmetic studio in a just-a-minute walk.
