The apartment is close to Arena. All the furniture except the kitchen is new. The apartment is close to the New Belgrade Railway station and is well connected to central Belgrade and the other Belgrades as there are multiple busses lines close by.
There is free parking across the main street behind the business buildings 3 minutes walking from our building, although this parking is very busy during working hours.
The parking in front of the building is zoned parking area from Monday to Friday from 7 to 21 h, and on Saturday from 7 to 14 h, with limited parking time of up to 3 hours, with the possibility to extend to 4 hours, the price is 45 rsd (0.4 euros) per hour the first the 3 hours, and 140 rsd (1,2 euros) the fourth hour. Outside of those hours, the parking is free.
There is a car park diagonally from our building, a 3-minute walk, “NOVI BEOGRAD - RAILWAY STATION”, where the daily ticket costs 1600 rsd (14 euros).
