It is vivid residential area in the city center. The both main entertaining areas of the city are within walking distance (15min) but more then far enough regarding noise, therefore - perfect. The fotress, best known tourist attraction of Nis, is 5-10 min walk also, and the river with its jogging path is 100m away. The location is safe. Most buildings in the neighbourhood have video survailance - including main city health service and a bank, which are located 'next door'. The greatest advantage of the neighbourhood are great location within city and its many facilities (often available 24/7): 3 supermarkets, several bakeries, news-stands, many pharmacies, gas-station, car-wash, children play ground, flower-shop, exchange office, laundry service, hairdresser... and more.
