The best location in the city. Quiet and well positioned neighbourhood.
This apartment is located opposite of the shopping mall Promenada and SPENS (sport centre with the public pools), by the University campus. It is 10 minutes walking to the public beach Štrand (the Danube River) and only 15 minutes by walking to the city center.
Suitable for couples, families, nature lovers, sport or business people.

A very quiet area close to sport and business centre. University campus, which specially gets very lively during the music festival EXIT, is 5 minutes walk. Recreational area by the Danube River is nearby. The area is green, so you can enjoy fresh air, ride a bicycle or a roller blades. The neighbourhood is very pleasant and fun during all seasons.
The Petrovaradin Fortress is 20 minutes by walk, and could be seen from the distance.
Location is very well connected. The public bus stations are 5 minutes walk. Taxi is available outside of the building. The electronic car station is 5 minutes walk. Bicycle rental is also nearby.
The area has a great location and an easy access if you arrive by car.
