The apartments are brand new, as is the building itself. Construction was completed in November 2019. This is one of the most luxurious buildings in the whole of Novi Sad, both in design and quality of work, as well as in its location and view of the city center. When it comes to apartments, every detail has been taken care of to make your stay as comfortable and comfortable as possible. At your disposal is the highly equipped bathroom of German manufacturer Villeroy & Boch Memento, underfloor heating with adjustable temperature, premium bedding and the most comfortable furniture of the world brands. With the apartment you have the possibility to reserve parking spaces within the property. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
