Lipa houses & Spa is a family business, close to Belgrade, easily accessible. There are 3 houses (on a big plot) - each accommodating up to 5 people, having 2 bedrooms. Every house has strong internet and Netflix, floor heating, dish washer, coffee machine, towel dryer and all the necessities needed. Next to the houses is the big linden tree (meaning of Lipa) where there are benches and barbecue available for guests. Also, there is a spa center, a separate house for your private spa time ( sauna, jacuzzi, kitchenette, shower, towels... ), not included in accommodation price. The whole place is quiet, spacious, clean, modern but cozy and very comfortable. Lipa houses & Spa is a pet friendly place.
Welcome! Enjoy the nature, peace and quietness on a big plot with a great view. All our guests say that Lipa houses & Spa look much better in reality than in the pictures and that we thought on every detail for comfortable stay. Come check it by yourself! Looking forward to your visit!
Lipa Houses is located between Kosmaj and Sopot. Kosmaj offers hiking in great forest, monuments and monasteries. There are also some great restaurants. Sopot is small town having supermarkets, restaurants, market.... and everything needed during your stay. Close to Lipa houses is Arandjelovac, Mladenovac, Oplenac, etc. offering tourist attractions. Also, there are some great wineries in the area.
