Very nice, new one bedroom apartment - 45 m2, on the first floor, with terrace, fully equipped with new furniture, Dormeo rugs, cable TV, Wi-Fi and everything you need to feel comfortable. The bedroom has a double bed 160x200 and the living room has a sofa bed 140x200 - comfortable for two adults. The apartment is bright, facing the street where there is free parking. Guests must abide by the house rules, parties are forbidden and cigarettes are allowed only on the terrace. The entrance to the apartment is from 2 pm and the departure is until 11 am. - The building has an elevator and two entrances, the first from the main street and the second from the parking yard. - The apartment is for rent, has a large built-in closet and dressers. - Nearby are: bus and train station, supermarkets, markets, post office, fast food restaurants, cafes, drug stores, pharmacies, Novi Sad fair, city pool, hospitals. and transit roads. - The city bus stop is 10 m from the building, and it takes about ten minutes to reach the city center. - A city bus passes by the building; number 3 - for the center, quay and Petrovaradin fortress and number 7 - for Merkator
