Apartment Viewpoint is a new apartment at the top of the building, opened in June 2022. It is characterized by a large spaciousness of 50m2, a pleasant interior and an excellent location in the immediate vicinity of the A block and the Delta City Shopping Center, the Sava quay and rafts are 400-500 meters away, it also has a large free public parking lot, exchange office, gas station, two excellent fast food restaurants taxi and bus station are right in front of the building. The apartment consists of: bathroom, kitchen with dining room, living room, bedroom and a large terrace with a view of the whole of Belgrade.
The host is always available if the guest needs anything. Discreet, reliable, ready for any agreement to make our guests feel at home.
The apartment is located in New Belgrade, in the immediate vicinity of the A block and the Delta City shopping center. Also, only 400-500 meters from the apartment is the river Sava, as well as numerous rafts. The Belgrade Arena is located 2 kilometers from the apartment, the Usce shopping center 3.2 km, the center of the old part of Belgrade 6 km.
