The original building was the house of a well known construction engineer from Zajecar, Jovan Jovanovic, built in 1938. Three floors were added and the building was converted to a modern hotel in 1997.. The buffet and the bar services are available in the restaurant which sits twenty people. The villa has ample parking facilites providing safety and complete security for guests' cars. This exclusive villa provides a warm reception for guests looking for comfortable accommodation. For our guests we offer: parking space with security gate wireless internet Rooms with airconditioning cable TV in every room and suite Lounge as a part of the reception with all the info about villa There are nine rooms in the villa 'Grinka M' (six double rooms with two single beds, two double/twin bedded rooms, one room for three) and two suites (with three and four beds).Some of the suits are available with a balcony.The rooms and suites are stylishly furnished. Each room is equipped with, TV and de luxe bathroom.
