The apartment is located in the very center of the city, on the corner of Balkanska and Lomina streets, with the most beautiful view of Belgrade on the water and of New Belgrade and Zemun. It is 250 meters from Hotel Moskva and Terazije and 500 meters from Slavija Square, as well as 350 meters from Belgrade on the water and 200 meters from Sava Square. The living room as well as the bedroom are specially equipped with top quality air conditioners, and the apartment has business optical internet 300/80 Mb. The apartment has a large 4K 55" television with all sports, music, political, entertainment, film programs from the territory of the former Yugoslavia, as well as all programs from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Sweden, etc. The apartment has a washing machine and a drying rack. Also, guests have at their disposal a microwave oven, quality crockery, plates, glasses, cutlery, as well as spices, just like at home. Double Boxspring bed guarantees comfort and pleasant sleep. An additional pull-out bed is located in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, a large boiler, a towel dryer as well as toilet paper, hair shampoo and shower gel. There is a lot of space in the room for things that can be stored in an American closet.
