The annex is a charming detached house in the country but still close to Östersund. Here you live quietly and secluded in a harmonious environment with horses grazing outside with a view of Östersund and Frösön. A two-storey house of 100m2 where half the house is open to the ridge with over 5m. Open glazed floor plan with large crystal chandelier in the ceiling, stove, sofas, armchairs, massage chair and large dining table. Outside there is a patio with barbecue facilities for socializing on hot summer days and beautiful evenings. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a large 180cm´s continental bed and a small toilet with sink. The upper floor also has a living room with a sofa bed for two, reading chair, cot and a TV. Ground floor bedroom has a 160cm´s double bed and is closely connected to the Annex's bathroom. The bathroom has a large shower, washing machine, dryer, changing table and ironing facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, hob, kettle, soda stream, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also a coffee machine, wireless Wifi and built-in sound system.

I live at Stallbackens Gård with my fantastic wife Kristina and our two children Anna and Sara. We love to travel and apart from Spain where we have a house, Brazil is usually our destination. The horse farm has 5-7 horses depending on the season and has become a lifestyle that suits us well. By the way, it is the children who take up most of our time. I am also a member of a motorcycle club and try to get time to drive the Harley when it's nice weather and hang out with our friends. Here in the Östersund area there is a lot to do and visit. A good tip is to check out Visitostersund where there is a lot. The range of restaurants in Östersund is large and the bus connection between Annexet and Östersund is good with a 15 minute drive. Or Taxi Östersund only 10 minutes and SEK 275 one way.
