Welcome to our bright, newly old house in Småland. Older part built in 1929, extended in 1998. The house and garden have been tenderly cared for all years. Open and spacious floor plan between kitchen and living room. 2 double bedrooms, 1 room with single bed and 1 room with bunk bed. 2 toilets with shower. Sunny garden, both open and glassed-in porch with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The house is in the middle of nature, here is always the first spring flowers of the year. Easy to park on the gravel to the right of the house. A very nice and cozy house

Grocery store with simple cafe in Linneryd, 3 km Fishing, 1 km. Must solve a fishing license, both for Rolsmosjön and Linnerydssjön. Swimming in Lake Rolsmo, 1km Major swimming area, Linneryds camping 2.5 km Bus Stop: 50 m Golf Växjö or Vissefjärda: 40 km Sea: approx. 70 km Mini Golf: 24 km Pharmacy, bank, liquor store, swimming pool with water park, Börjes department store with Sweden's cheapest coffee. A coffee on the "shelf" a must. Everything in Tingsryd, 25 km. Restaurant in Linneryd, Pizzeria 3 km Korrö 2 km, cafe, lunch and a la carte restaurant. Canoes can be rented in Korrö. Fika and simpler dishes are also available at Linneryds camping, 2.5 km. There are also boats for rent.
