Company information

The host likes to do sports, slalom ski, run or go to the gym. The host can also if ordered 1 week in advance to prepare dinner or make a barbeque for or together with the guests. Italian foodcourse course or dinner by an Italian chef can be pre booked. Activities for kids can be arranged. Please make a request to the host. Babysitting is offered for a small fee. Animal walks can be offered.

Apt Penthouse: Double bed King size 180 cm (MIO Sense Deluxe(R)), Double bed Queen size of 160 cm, baby bed, an office/gaming desk, an office chair, a 50'' Smart TV and a pool table! Private bathroom, kitchenette w microwave, fridge, hot plate, water heater and coffee brewer. Sun enlights - 6 windows to east, south and west. Views to the garden, forest and calm street. Cabled internet included. Large, shared kitchen in the main building can be used for lunch and dinner cooking if pre booked. Washing machine for rent. 2. Studio Delux Entrance, 0 floor: New 160 cm continental double bed from Chilli, a 90 cm single bed, a 80 cm child bed, Sofas, dining/office table, 50'' smart TV, private entrance to the pool and terrace. Large, shared kitchen. View of forest, garden and pool. Washing machine for rent. 3. Single Room Deluxe: 1st fl: 120 cm continentall bed MIO (Sense Delux(R)), office/gaming- table and gaming chair. View of pool and forest. Cabled internet included. Large, shared kitchen. Washing machine for rent. 4. Bungalow Deluxe: In the middle of the garden is this treasure w private entrance and its own terrace, fish pond and view to the pool and forest. 5. Bungalow: Next to the forest and lawn is this small cottage. Free parking. Laundry machine for rent. Wifi: rent for 10 Euros/day; or as agreed for longer stays. Fish massage! Breakfast 100 SEK, 10 Euros for 2 persons. Arrival time agreed in advance. Welcome!

Kallfors Golf Club (kallfors.com), Sthlm Golf South, is only 1 km from the property! It has a 18-, 9- and a 6 hole clean course and a Driving Ranch. Ytterjärna Cultural Center a eco restaurant and café w music (kulturhuset.nu). At 12:12 free concerts. Surrounding the house is a large forest with illuminated foot walking-, running- and mountain bike tracks. In the wintertime there are cross country skiing tracks in the near proximity. The area is very calm with fresh forest air. The forest is also popular for dog owners. There is a small lake nearby for ice skating wintertime. The Baltic Sea and large, sandy beach for swimming with a dive tower is only 4 km away from the property. The restaurant Kallfors Kök (https://www.kallfors.com/se/restaurang) on the Golf course serves both lunch and dinner in a very nice environment and organizes Barbeque nights with live music outdoor on summer Fridays. You can also buy Lunchboxes to take away. The Kallfors Golf Café opens at 8 am. They sell breakfast as sandwishes, coffee and fika. You can take a morning walk there for your breakfast. It is only 1 km away from the property. Vidbynäs Golf Club (vidbynasgolf.se) is only 12 km from the property. In Järna C (2 km) you can find famous bakeries like Maräng and Åsgatan 2, an Ecological food shop, Coop and ICA, an ice skating rink, a large Soccer field + an outdoor gym. Within easy reach by train from Stockholm C, Arlanda Airp and Uppsala. Free parking facilities. At Kallfors (1 km) the bus 784 (SL app) goes to Södertälje Centrum, Tveta outdoor garden and Bollhallen (bollhallen.se) where you can play Tennis, Padel, Bowling and Badminton. In Södertälje Hamn train station (SL app) is the Worlds largest Padel Center, Södertälje Padel (matchi.se). In Södertälje C (10 km) you find Tom Tits Experiments (tomtit.se), shopping, restaurants, Gyms, Actic, Fitness24Seven, Nordic Wellnes, Sydpoolen adventure swim, Scaniarinken SSK ice hockey and Viksberg GK (viksbergsgolf.se).
