We’re Viggo & Terje, two brothers born and raised with a love for the Swedish mountains. Together, we run PaulinProperties. se, offering carefully selected cabins and apartments in Lindvallen, Sälen. We live locally and are always just a message away if you need anything during your stay. We care about the details, from cozy interiors to great locations close to the slopes, Experium, and nature. ↟ No smoking. ↟ No parties or bigger events allowed. (Respect your neighbours) ↟ Pets not allowed, even though we love them. ↟ Age restriction: 25 Years or above. Ages below 25 are welcome accompanied by parents. ↟ Normal amount of guests is equal to the amount of bed spots. Extra guests are welcome for additional fee. ↟ Cleaning is not included, however it is possible for a small fee. Just let us know! ↟ Bring your own bedsheets & bath towels, however it is possible for a small fee. Just let us know!

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is calm and peaceful. The Apartment is located on the left of Lindvallen ski resort. Wilderness to the left, stores and restaurants to the right, Ski lift just outside. A 3 minute drive from the apartment you will find "ICA Supermarket Lindvallen" your nearest supermarket. If you are looking for an eventful evening for all ages we would recommend you to go to "Experium, Lindvallen". Here you have a bowling alley, an aqualand, movie theater and a couple of restaurants. Here are some restaurants we recommend you checking out: -Gammelgården, an authentic old restaurant and hotel, famous for their waffles and breakfasts. -Gustav grill och bar, Great food both during the day in the slopes and also for dinner. -Fågelboet, Has a great fondue with wild meat.
