Please note: Before booking, please read the entire description, especially the conditions at the text's end! ######## NEW included: WiFi & Streaming 28xTV HD & Disney+ This "SwedHome" is a house that can be lived in all year round (not a cheap summer house) and was built in 2021 on a newly developed plot of approximately 1,030 m² in an idyllic, quiet location. It features an open, U-shaped kitchen that opens to the living room, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The price includes a fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances, such as a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, four-burner ceramic hob, convection/grill oven with microwave, as well as kitchen appliances, such as a coffee machine and food processor. Other high-quality appliances are also included, such as a washing machine and tumble dryer. You have the house and grounds all to yourself and can live and relax there to your heart's content. There is a table with a comfortable chair in the house for working remotely. Additional guests can sleep in the living room if they bring their own sleeping accommodations. In exceptional cases, an air mattress can be provided upon request, but this is at your own risk. Camping in the garden is permitted, and you can park a RV/caravan in the driveway. The house was built with foresight and high-quality standards, as well as German thoroughness. It is energy efficient without sacrificing comfort. For example, it has modern air conditioning and an instantaneous water heater that provides instant and unlimited hot water. PLEASE NOTE that the price of the house is affordable compared to other accommodations in the area because it is not a hotel. This means that you must provide all your own food (coffee, spices), consumables, and toiletries (shampoo, toothbrush, etc.). There is no on-site staff to assist you. If you need assistance, you can request it. However, this service is not included and will be charged by the caretaker on an hourly basis.

!!! Important !!! For each stay, the following conditions apply, which are accepted with the booking: 1. CLEANING FEE: 1a. If you use the bed linens and towels, you must put them in the washing machine for cleaning by 9:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. Detailed instructions can be found in the house. If you forget or fail to do this, an additional fee of SEK 199 will be charged. 1b. The cleaning fee applies to normal use of the house. The house must be broom-clean when you leave. Guests must thoroughly clean the kitchen and all kitchen utensils used. Additional cleaning charges will apply if significant soiling or a strong odor is present. 2. ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION: 2a. The electricity consumption fee includes 15 kWh per day. Any additional electricity usage will be billed afterwards at the current rate of SEK 1.92/kWh. 2b. Due to power grid restrictions, safety concerns, and insurance regulations, charging an electric vehicle via a standard 220-volt household outlet at the house is not permitted. 3. IDENTIFFICATION: The guest must identify themselves with a valid official ID when handing over the key (only ID card or passport, i.e. no driver's license or other ID). No key will be handed over without ID, i.e. there are no exceptions! 4. NO SMOKING: There is an absolute ban on tobacco smoke, e-cigarettes and drugs in the house. Pets are also not allowed. In case of violation, an additional contractual penalty of SEK 5,000 will be charged. In addition, the costs for professional cleaning and the loss of earnings for any cancellations of follow-up bookings must be covered.

The house is located in the green vacation idyll of "Tjörnarp", in the municipality of "Höör", in the province of "Skåne". It has excellent transport connections, is a five-minute walk from the train station, and is about 800 meters from the beach at Tjörnarpasjön. There is an outdoor gym about 650 meters away that can be used free of charge. The town of Höör is about 10 minutes (approximately 8 kilometers) away and has grocery stores such as Lidl, City Gross (similar to Kaufland or Real), Coop (similar to Rewe), and ICA (similar to Edeka), as well as DIY stores such as Jem&Fix and Byggmax, and other stores such as Jysk, Rusta, and Dollarstore. Hässleholm, where there are other larger stores (e.g., Biltema, Elgiganten, Jula, Ö&B, Maxi, and Willys), is about 20 minutes away. The idyllic Lake Finnjasjön is also located in Hässleholm. The cities of Malmö and Lund are to the west and can be reached by train or car in approximately 30 minutes. Kristianstad is to the east and can be reached in approximately 45 minutes.
