The cottage is well insulated and nice and warm during the day and night. You will sleep well here as it is quiet. You can choose between the Öresund (700 m) and the Baltic Sea (2000 m). Often the beaches are shallow and child-friendly. Also, the view of the sunset over the sea will captivate you with an extraordinary play of colors. There are good fishing spots in Kämpinge or along the entire coast. The location of the cottage is also appealing for wind and kite surfers. There are also good golf courses here, for example Ljunghusens Golfklubb. Alternative activities also offer bird watching, walking trails and the possibility of cycling along the beach or in the beautiful alleys of Falsterbo and Skanör. There are good restaurants in Höllvikn, Skanör and Falsterbo. By car or bus you can easily get to Malmö and further to Copenhagen. A simple cottage with many possibilities for a nice vacation.
