The house is located close to Klåveröd's hiking area with many marked paths. The plot is 1500 m2 and is a natural plot, so the grass can be high. It is allowed to bring a dog - not cats! The house is heated by underfloor heating and there is free WiFi. The house was built in 2004 and is equipped with general amenities and kitchen utensils. Distance to Skäralid (Kopparhatten) and Odinsjöen approx. 10 km by road - shorter for hiking. Here you will find additional hiking trails. Nearest town Ljungbyhed, where there is a grocery store, petrol tank, pharmacy, restaurants, hardware store, patisserie, ATM, etc. In Ljungbyhed there is also a golf course that receives guests. It is possible to fish in eg Klåverödsdammen (3.5 km). In Röstånga and Klippan there are tourist agencies. If the winter provides enough snow, there are ski tracks that run right behind the house, and toboggan run opposite the parking lot in Klåveröd.
