Vasacenter offers comfortable accommodation by Dalälven only 1100 m from Vasaloppsstarten. The entire facility has 15 rooms, a total of 56 beds. All rooms have a shower, toilet and TV in the room. At the end of the corridor there is a kitchenette at guests disposal. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. Upstairs there is a dining room and a nice lounge. You also have access to a large kitchen where you can prepare your food. During high season 15 December to 27 April Vasacenter offers a breakfast buffet, this is served between 8.00-9.00 at an additional cost and this must be booked in advance. As a group, you can rent all or parts of the facility. A perfect accommodation for training camp, conference or other association accommodation. Our accommodation is located 7 km from Kläppen ski resort. There is an alpine facility with Sälen's only cabin lift. Kläppen is also known for its well-groomed ski trails. From our accommodation it is 12 km to Lindvallen, Högfjället 17 km, Tandådalen 25 km and Hundfjället 27 km. These 4 facilities belong to SkiStar and have a common lift pass. In the summer there are nice hiking trails and good fishing waters. Here is the opportunity to paddle a canoe. Sälen also has an 18-hole golf course (Sälenfjällen GK).
