The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old and original physical photo ID needs to be presented upon check in. Guests under the age of 18 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian

In accordance with Hotel Licensing and Government regulations, guests are required to present a physical Singapore NRIC or a physical passport upon check-in.

Please note that other forms of identification – such as Digital Singpass ID, work passes (Work Permit, Special Pass, Employment Pass), long-term passes, students pass, driving licenses and any other form of membership cards are strictly not accepted for registration purposes.

All rooms are non-smoking in this property. A penalty of $300 fine will be imposed for any violation of the non-smoking policy.
