A minimum stay of 6 nights is required in line with the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) regulation as the property is classified under "Residential" and does not have a hotel license. DEPOSIT POLICY: "Pay at hotel" not applicable to the property. Full prepayment or 50% of nett Rental (depending on offer selected) is required and would be charged anytime after booking confirmation (Balance, if in, would be collected at property upon check-in). Please note that smoking is only permitted in the Sky Gardens. The swimming pool will be closed for maintenance work from 26 August to 6 September 2024.
