· Please present the same valid credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in/ making payment at the hotel. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card received upon check in if it receives notification of a credit card charge back. If a prepaid reservation encounters a credit card decline, a new credit card should be received within 24 hours or will result in a reservation cancelled. Prepaid rates are to be fully prepaid and non-refundable. For non-prepaid reservations, hotel reserves the right to take first night room charge as deposit on your credit card prior to arrival (depending on the cancellation policy). · In-house guests can enjoy our complimentary shuttle service between W Singapore – Sentosa Cove and VivoCity. Simply present your room key to hop on—available on a first come, first served basis during selected time slots each day.

· The main guest under whose name the reservation is made must be present at check-in. All guests must register and provide a valid physical identity card or passport. The minimum age requirement for the guest to check in is 18.

· Each room type is subject to a maximum occupancy limit, which must be adhered to at all times.
