Apartments Lipa, renovated in 2024, are air-conditioned and offer guests access to a sauna, WiFi, a brick grill for grilling, and free parking in the public parking lot directly in front of the apartments. Some units feature a balcony with mountain views, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and slippers. A fridge, oven, microwave, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, and kettle are also available. Two washing machines are available for shared use, if needed. The apartments are dedicated to peace and relaxation, making them ideal for guests seeking tranquility; parties are not allowed to maintain a serene atmosphere.
