About accommodation Dear guests, welcome to our newly furnished apartment in an apartment house, in an excellent location on the top of Mariborsko Pohorje (1050m2), directly on the ski slope, 100m below the top station of the gondola. The apartment has an excellent location and a beautiful view: next to the ski resort Zlata Lisica, the world famous World Cup ski competition, right next to the wellness hotel Bolfenk**** Hotel Videc*** and opposite the apartment complex Martin. The apartment is located on the top (2nd floor) of an apartment building with elevator, is completely newly furnished and extends over two floors (duplex), with a net living area of 74m2. Suitable for 4+2 persons. On the lower floor there is an entrance hall, living room with dining area and an exit to a large terrace, equipped kitchen and toilet. The Nobilia kitchen has an oven, induction, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, and all the necessary dish for your satisfaction and comfort. Upstairs is a larger bedroom with two separate beds separated by a wooden panel to create more intimacy. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The bedroom has its own bathroom with massage shower and an exit to the balcony (loggia). The apartment has two double beds in size 160x200 and a pull-out sofa that can be extended to a bed in size 140x200. Both floors have walk-in closets, 2x smart LCD TV (55 and 58 inches) Smart Android system and WiFi. In the basement, there is a private ski equipment storage place. The location of the apartment allows direct access to the ski slope (ski-to-door access). Parking for one car is included in the garage of the building (additional car must be parked outside of building or in the free public parking).
