This charming 37m² apartment is fully equipped and designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind. We are animal lovers, so pets are welcome. Our apartment accommodates up to 3 people. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a dishwasher to save you time and effort. The living room features a sofa bed (120x200) that provides a comfortable sleeping space for one person. The bedroom is furnished with a 140x200 bed, ensuring you sleep like a dream. For guests with electric vehicles, a charging station is available, allowing you to explore the beautiful countryside and Slovenian coast without any worries. Additionally, the apartment offers a washing machine with detergents and the option to use a dryer upon request. A carport is available for motor vehicles, providing a secure parking space. As parking can often be a challenge, transportation to your desired destination can also be arranged. One of the greatest features of our accommodation is the spacious terrace, furnished with a table and three chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or dining under the stars. We can also provide barbecue equipment on request for a perfect summer picnic. Since the garden is fenced, the apartment is also suitable for small children. We highly recommend visiting the first Wine Fountain in Slovenia, where you can enjoy exquisite local wines and Istrian delicacies with a stunning view of the Slovenian coast. This experience is perfect for wine lovers and gourmets alike. Our apartment is located in a peaceful setting, ideal for those who wish to escape the hustle and bustle of the coast and enjoy the beautiful views from the hilltop. I love to travel, and whenever my husband and I set off on a road trip, we choose accommodations away from the hustle and bustle, ideally in the countryside, to experience the local way of life. Since our house is spacious, we decided it made sense to convert one of the apartments into a cozy and comfortable retreat for guests in a peaceful setting. Being animal lovers, we gladly welcome pets. Until recently, I provided medical pedicures, but now I dedicate a lot of time to planning our trips. We always travel independently, tailoring our itineraries to our preferences. I'm also working on a brochure for our guests to help them explore the area, including cultural and natural attractions and a calendar of local events. My husband is involved in selling a real-time occupancy app for tourist accommodations and solar panels.
