The villa was built in 1941 and was recently renovated by its owners and family so as to
offer all its visitors, whether it’s families, couples or solitary adventurers, a pleasant and calming stay while vacationing in our beautiful town – Koper.
The villa offers a terrace submerged in a garden with typical Mediterranean flora, and a stunning view of the sea. Positioned in a quiet area known as Molet, Žusterna, just 1.5 km from the city centre and only a few steps from the beach. If you don’t believe us, check our photos!
All rooms are air-conditioned, and feature a wardrobe, satellite TV, a kitchen, a private bathroom with shower, a balcony, and all rooms have a sea view.
Within a 500 m radius various restaurants, bars, and shops can be found. A local bus stop with frequent lines to the city centre is in the immediate vicinity. The Central bus & train station is 3 km away and the Koper Ferry Port is 2 km away.
Bonifica Sports-Recreation Centre offers volleyball pitches, trampolines for the youngest, tennis and basketball courts, running courses, and many more.
Trieste Airport is 70 km from our apartments, Venice Airport is 180 km away, Ljubljana Airport is 120 km from
