Nested between the mountainous world of the Savinja Alps and the Savinja river, the stunning scenery of Rečica ob Savinji village and its surroundings offers numerous opportunities for exciting adventures and explorations all year round. Rečica ob Savinji is an excellent starting point for beginner or more advanced hiking trips to the mountains, for adrenaline sports in the surrounding streams or on the Savinja river and a great gateway to discover the hidden gems of nature or just enjoying watching a word cup ski jumps in February. Picturesque and nucleated village Rečica ob Savinji lies at the Alpine foothills, right under the easternmost Alpine two-thousander Raduha (2062 m) and at the confluence of the Savinja river. In the last century, tourism has become an important activity in the area, and it represents an important source of income for us.
