On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, cookware, and utensils), a dining area, and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed (190x160), smart TV, and access to Netflix. The property also offers a balcony and terrace, perfect for enjoying the views and fresh air.
