Another 2 bedrooms are available on the ground floor as they each have a double bed. 3 bedrooms with double beds are available on the upper floor. The house can offer you 2 fully equipped kitchens, one being on the ground floor and the other on upper floor, and are equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher and more, one with dining area and the other with a separate dining area. There are two cosy living rooms with 4 comfortable sofas. There are 3 bathrooms with a shower and a toilete, plus one extra separate toilet and a bathroom with a toilete and a bath. The terrace is roofed and perfect for an evening dinner or wine. There is a summer kitchen with a gas grill and a party space for 20 people. You can rent a bike, go hiking, playing golf, try horseback riding, take panoramic sight with a glider, go fishing or take a swim and just relax on the banks of the river Krka.The holiday home has a private natural thermal bath, that is located on the property. Temperature of the bath is 28 degrees Celsius all year around. From the property you have an access to the river Krka. It offers you two canoes, fishing rods and bicycles free of charge. Onsite guests can book special treatments as gong bath, therapies etc. The ground and underground floors are adjusted for handicapped guests as there are ramps for access, roll in showers without edges provide easy access and toilets have handles for support.
