Popolnoma obnovljena stara kmečka hiša se nahaja v neokrnjeni naravi s čudovitim razgledom in je odmaknjena od prometnega vrveža. Hiša ima dve spalnici z zakonskima posteljama ter eno prehodno spalnico. V pritličju se nahaja dnevna soba z raztegljivo sedežno garnituro, kopalnica ter kuhinja z jedilnico. Hiša je namenjena bivanju do 8 oseb. V neposredni bližini je gozd s pohodnimi potmi in možnostjo kolesarjenja po dobro utrjenih stezah. Lokacija je slabih 10 km oddaljena od mest Brežice in Krško, kjer je možno koristiti kulturne, gostinske, športne in druge storitve, ter storitve bližnjih term. Je dobra lokacija za spoznavanje kulturne dediščine Posavja ter odkrivanje naravnih lepot tega koščka Slovenije.
