You will have the whole place to yourself: a ground floor, an upper floor (accesible by stairs), big terrace with couch and dinning table, outside kitchen with grill (charcoal+wood), dinning table and a garden with fire pit. What is provided in the house: - free parking - clean sheets - clean towels - toilet paper - basics for cooking (salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, vinegar, coffee, tea). - WIFI House plan: 1. Ground floor - Bathroom: toilet, shower with hot water, clean towels, hair dryer, toilet paper, hand soap. - Kitchen (fully equiped): oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, water heater, cookware, flatware, glasses. In the kitchen you can find also basic spices (salt, pepper, sugar), cooking oil, vinegar, coffee, tea. - Common/dinning space: dinning table with chairs, couch, fireplace, tv with HDMI and VGA cable, bluetooth speaker, board games, playing cards and some toys for children. - Terrace: big table with chairs, couch and an awesome view. 2. First floor: - Bedroom 1 - king bed, closet with racks (sleeps 2 people). - Bedroom 2 - 1 king bed, 2 single beds, 1 couch (possible bed), closet. (sleeps 4 people + additional 2 on the couch). 3. Outside: - Outside kitchen - outside, down the stairs there is also an outside kitchen with dinning table and grill on charcoal/wood for you to use. - Fire pit - just few meters further from the grill, there is a fire pit and wooden benches for some romantic nights. Nearby there is also a wooden shed with some wood. - House also has a wine cellar (basement of the house, outside separate entrance), which is OFF ACCESS.

I like to greet my guests in person, to show them around the house and if needed I am happy to provide some tourist information. Some times I can be flexible about the check-in, because of my flexible work time, but the general times are: Check-in after 5PM and Check-out before 10AM. On your arrival i will need to take a photo of your id (any personal document) for tourist administration (like in hotels we also need to report our guests). Also the tourist tax is payable on your arrival.
