The villa is situated next to a busier road, so some traffic noise may be heard, especially during the night. For a more restful sleep, we recommend keeping the windows closed – the rooms are well insulated and equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfort even during warmer months. At the back of the villa, there is a railway line where mostly freight trains pass by a few times per hour. You’re just a few minutes' walk from BTC City, one of the largest shopping and entertainment areas in Slovenia, featuring everything from IKEA, restaurants, cinemas, shops, and a fresh market, to wellness centers and fun zones.
