We are Kati and Tibi Kovács, the owners and hosts of Kovács Guesthouse. We’ve poured our heart and soul into renovating the house and developing the farmyard behind it. We carefully designed and executed the renovation of the house, terrace, and yard, with the help of interior designers. We closely supervised the work and completed a significant portion of it ourselves, aiming to bring out the best in the property through our transformation. A bit about us: we’re a married couple who loves working in the garden and raising pets. We’re also happy to share tips about rural life for those interested in learning. In Dunajská Streda, we manage an apartment building and the Europe Center complex, which includes rental offices, event spaces, and a restaurant. We also specialize in event planning, handling everything for family gatherings like birthdays and weddings, ensuring that all details are covered. We strive to deliver exceptional service for corporate events as well. Additionally, we operate the region’s first gastronomic school. In terms of our gastronomic activities, our farmyard in Veľký Blahov plays a key role. At your wedding or birthday, you might find that dishes made from poultry or other local specialties—raised, grown, and processed right on our farm—are served to your guests.

Welcome to our beautifully renovated family home. It’s the perfect spot for those looking to unwind in a tranquil rural setting while still being close to major cities and attractions. The house combines modern comforts with the charm of country living. You’ll find spacious, bright rooms and a fully equipped kitchen that make it feel like home for you and your loved ones. The house is heated by a central gas boiler. The kitchen boasts modern cabinetry with a four-zone induction cooktop, extractor fan, built-in oven, and dishwasher. There’s also a refrigerator and freezer, and the large worktop includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. We’ve ensured that the kitchenware, cutlery, and glasses meet all your needs. The bedroom features a double bed, and we can provide an extra bed or a cot for children if needed. The living room includes a convertible sofa. In the living room, you’ll find a flat-screen TV with a variety of channels. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a washer and dryer combo, and a hairdryer. There’s also a clothes dryer, ironing board, and iron so you can easily keep your clothes fresh. Parking is available in the yard or in front of the house. The yard features a terrace with an umbrella. You’ll also find bicycles, sports equipment, and grilling tools in the pantry. The Wi-Fi network is free of charge. A unique feature of our home is the opportunity to enjoy fresh, home-produced eggs, chicken, and other local delicacies. All our products, including fresh meat, vegetables, and preserves, come from the farm next door.
