Apartments Care s.r.o. provides for its clients in the area of the High Tatras services of business use of their real estate for the purposes of short-term lease. The company was founded in 2019. Currently, the company manages more than 60 properties.

Property information

The two-story apartment offers above-standard and comfortable accommodation for 7 people. On the ground floor there is a living room - a living room (with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV) connected to an equipped kitchenette (fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave oven, stove, coffee machine - Lavazza with capsules). There is also a separate toilet, with a sink and a washing machine. From the living room there is an exit to a sunny terrace with seating and a view of the mountains. In the winter, guests will certainly be pleased with the ski room, where they can safely store and dry their ski equipment. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. One bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has 1 x single bed and a sofa bed + TV. Two bedrooms have a view of the mountains. The apartment includes 2 parking spaces, just a few meters from the apartment, in a closed area. Our guests also have a safe.

Neighbourhood information

This beautiful apartment is located in the newly built area of ​​Brezy - Stará Lesná, only 2 km from Tatranská Lomnica, next to the Kontakt, Horizont and Lesná hotels. There is a children's playground in the area. There is a bus stop nearby and the TEŽ stop is also a few minutes' walk away. In neighboring hotels, it is possible to order breakfast or wellness at a discounted price.
