Iconic building designed by Zaha Hadid located in the new CBD zone of Bratislava with walking distance to the city center. Property offers stunning views from the 18th floor of the city's landmarks, such as the Bratislava Castle, the SNP Bridge, the Parliament building and others, and roof top terrace enabling a 360° view of the entire city (the roof top terrace is accessible free of charge for guests).

City center location with walk-able vicinity of many restaurants, shops, business and entertainment facilities.
