I advise people who do not work as a landlord for many years and routinely. Nevertheless, I try to pass on everything to the guests with great gratitude and humility, so that they are satisfied with us, feel comfortable, relaxed and feel at home. I like nature, sports, especially tennis :-) and in this spirit the atmosphere in our accommodation facility Villa LiptovMara is carried.

Villa LiptovMara is situated in the mountain village of Ižipovce, just 1.5 km from the northern shore of the Liptovská Mara dam, which is popular with lovers of fishing and water sports. It is designed for a quiet family vacation and for people who love nature, sports - hiking, biking, skiing. It has 20 beds, which are divided into 4 apartments (2x 6-bed, 2x 4-bed). Each apartment is fully equipped, has a balcony overlooking the Western, Low Tatras or the surrounding countryside. Guests can use the indoor interior with a Finnish sauna, a hot tub, or play table tennis. In the exterior there is a private tennis court, available only for guests, playground with swings, slide, trmapoline, garden pavilion with seating and electric grill. The garden provides plenty of space to relax with friends, sunbathing, toasting. The villa has a great location. Most attractions in Liptov can be reached by car within 5-20 minutes.

The Liptov region is one of the top tourist regions in Slovakia. Thanks to its diversity, it can satisfy even the most demanding visitors. It offers an alpine environment with conditions for hiking, skiing, natural swimming, water parks, caves, castles, museums, various attractions for children and adults. The villa has a great location. Most attractions can be reached by car in 5-20 minutes. In the nearest distance there is the Liptovská Mara dam, Čereňová skala, Prosiecka and Kvačianska valleys, Liptovský Castle, Archeoskanzen Havránok, aquapark Tatralandia and Bešeňová.
