This beautiful studio apartment is located in the newly built Jordan Village complex which is a convenient 10 minute drive away from the Juliana International Airport and is directly opposite the American University of the Caribbean (AUC) Medical School.
Guests have the comfort of having the entire living space to themselves with free and accessible parking while having access to two convenient stores, restaurants, bars, beaches, and nightlife.

This quiet neighborhood is perfect for an island get away whether visiting students of the Medical School, business or escaping your every-day life with the option to explore the nearby nightlife of the Maho and Simpson Bay areas. Visitors can choose to watch beautiful sunsets, go for a swim or take a romantic walk on three nearby but diverse beaches. Guests enjoy taking pictures of landing planes at the popular Maho Beach while eating at the famous Sunset Beach Bar, taking a swim or romantic stroll at Mullet Bay Beach, or hanging out at the LGBT friendly Cupecoy beach with limestone cliffs.
It is a comfortable ten minute drive away from the island’s primary airport (Princess Juliana International Airport) and is a scenic ten minute walk to the crystal clear waters of the Mullet Bay Beach. While it is accessible by public transportation, a car or taxi may be more more convenient for travelers wanting to further explore St. Martin.
