The villa is part of the boutique complex of villas and beach cottages known as Sea&Sky Beach Resort. The villa section of this complex is located on a secured territory with a playground, reception, and parking . This part of the resort is located about 300 meters from the sea, while the Sea&Sky beach cottages are located just behind our beach club by the sea. Right at the entrance to the complex, there is the best sports center on the island, Fitkoh, offering a variety of group and individual classes for adults and children in Thai boxing, yoga, cardio, and strength training. The Fitkoh café serves delicious breakfasts and lunches. This is the best location on the island if you want to stay in excellent physical shape during your vacation. Your children will not get bored either and will find new friends and engage in active pursuits like parkour. The area where our complex and villas are located is a popular spot for Europeans looking for a peaceful family vacation. Within easy walking distance, there are myriad local restaurants, four grocery stores, three hotels, and massage salons. It’s a great area for cycling or strolling with a stroller if you are traveling with a small child. Our beach is considered one of the cleanest and most picturesque on Samui. Most of the time, the sea is calm and peaceful since we are sheltered from storms by the island of Phangan.

This big modern 5-bedroom pool villa is located within a secure gated villa resort with its own private beach club and hotel facilities (reception, housekeeping, kids playground, parking). Villa can conveniently accommodate a big family or group of friends who want to have plenty of space to spend time together and at the same time quality private space to relax away from everyone. The villa features five spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and terraces. Each bedroom boasts size and amenities of a Deluxe hotel room. All 5 bedrooms are equally sized and offer the utmost privacy to all guests. The bedrooms are fitted with either king-size or twin beds according to the guests' preferences. Every room has a living area corner with a sofa and TV. There are comfortable desks in every bedroom for those who want to combine a bit of work with holidays. There is enough space in each bedroom for a comfortable extra bed and/ or a crib, if there are more than 2 people staying in a bedroom. It's the best place if you want to hide away from heat still staying next to the pool. If you are staying with children, we can equip a comfortable play area in the garden behind the pool in the shade of trees. There is also a children's playground next to the villa on the territory of the complex. One of the villa's main features is the upstairs roofed terrace with a partial sea view. This lounge is an ideal place for different gatherings be it evening cocktails or a yoga session.

Villa is located in a quiet tourist area with lots of facilities in a walkable distance. Not far from villa there is a fitness club with lots of group classes and muay thai training facilities if you would like to combine holidays with a bit of sport. There are 3 local grocery shops 5-7 minutes walk from the villa and 3 massage shops . Further up along the street there are 7/11 and Family mart shops. To buy fresh seafood, meat, fruits, vegetables you should go to a local market just 5 minutes drive from the villa. Big shopping malls are 10-15 minutes drive from here. Fisherman village with a huge variety of beachfront restaurants and walking street is just 10 min drive away from the villa.
