We have a well-trained housekeeping staff working exclusively for us, ensuring fast and effective daily cleaning; all catering is also done in-house by our private chefs. We provide dedicated, English-speaking drivers and our own, properly-maintained vehicles for airport transfers as well as local trips - not just a number for a local taxi firm.

The spacious, open plan design – open both to the interior, and to the exterior with floor to ceiling windows - creates a convivial living space that would be ideal for a family reunion or getaway. Anchored around a large well-equipped kitchen with a central island, are an indoor lounge with home theatre system, a dining area and a shaded outdoor terrace and pool deck – you can also jump into the water straight from the living room. With high speed wi-fi connection throughout, and of course the beach at the end of the garden, younger guests will not be bored. The villa’s four bedrooms will accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably.

The villa may be rented with Amatapura Villa no. 12 for large groups who wish to stay together. The two villas are located within the same development and are around 10m apart. Amatapura Villa no. 10 has off-street parking with 24 hour security; car or motorbike rental can be easily arranged. Those who do not have their own transport may use Krabi Riviera’s tuk-tuk service with FREE WiFi to get to and from Ao Nang, or the boat pier at Ao Nam Mao, both of which are a short distance away. A personal concierge is also on call to arrange door-to-door sightseeing excursions. Note: Amatapura Beach Villa 10 may be rented in conjunction with neighbouring property Amatapura Beach Villa 12, Amatapura Beach Villa 14, Amatapura Beach Villa 15 and Amatapura Beach Villa 1 for large groups who wish to be close together.
