A beachfront Villa with direct beach access and direct sea views from both floors. The villa is a rare find in Pattaya, right on the beach and a part of the boutique development. It’s a walking distance of 50-200m to three best beach restaurants in Pattaya- the View Mare, the GlassHouse and the Baco. Plenty of water sports close by along the beach- surfing, kayaking etc. The house (325 Sqm) has three full bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining area. Constant sea breeze, very quiet and relaxing at night. 24/7 security, maids service. No extra charges, no hidden costs. 10 minutes by car to Pattaya City Center, Nong Nuch Garden, Ramayana Water Park, Silver lake.
I’m a mum of 3 fantastic children, love to travel myself.
The neighborhood is very safe, plenty of activities around, easy access to the city and traditional touristic spots.
